YouSea Institute and the RISTANC project will participate in the international event INSPIRE Demonstration Day: From Innovation to Implementation – Advanced Technologies and the Future of Wastewater Treatment.
Organised by the University of Maribor in collaboration with the Domžale-Kamnik WWTP, the event is dedicated to showcasing innovative technologies for microplastic removal from municipal wastewater and discussing the future of wastewater treatment under the revised EU Urban Wastewater Treatment Directive (UWWTD).
RISTANC at the Horizon EU Mission Ocean & LIFE Clustering Event
As part of the comprehensive programme, a dedicated Clustering Event featuring EU Horizon Mission Ocean and LIFE projects will take place.
Dr. Irena Fonda (YouSea Institute) will represent the RISTANC project during the panel discussion, highlighting the project's contribution to reducing pollution and protecting aquatic ecosystems. This session offers a valuable opportunity to connect with synergy projects (including INSPIRE, REMEDIES, INSPIRI, and others), exchange best practices, and foster collaboration among researchers, technology providers, WWTP operators, and decision-makers.
